The consultation fee

The fee is not refundable once your time is confirmed, because that time is kept only for you.

Free change of time

Plans change. You can move your consultation at no cost by messaging the team on WhatsApp before your confirmed time. They will find a new time with you.

If we cannot give you a time

If the team cannot schedule your consultation after you pay, you get a full refund. Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 5 to 7 working days.

Medicines

Medicines bought from his store follow the store’s own refund and shipping policy. See the store refund policy and shipping policy.

How to ask

Please send your name, the phone number you booked with, and your payment reference.
